Wine Advocate #204 - Dec 2012
Score: 88
The 2011 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc, aged in tank (75%) and barrel (25%), is a blend of 95% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne. The wood aging adds spice box and subtle smoky notes to the otherwise crisp, minerally, caramelized citrus, Chablis-like style. This medium-bodied, tasty, chalky white should drink well for 4-6 years. Robert Parker.
