A blend of 51% Grenache, 24% Bourboulenc, 14% Clairette, and the rest Roussanne, Picpoul, and Picardan, the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape Saintes Pierres De Nalys Blanc reveals a lighter gold hue as well as a vibrant, racy bouquet of crushed citrus, salty minerality, white flowers, and a kiss of honeysuckle. It builds beautifully on the palate and is medium to full-bodied, has terrific mid-palate depth, a great spine of acidity, and a big finish. This is beautifully done and is just pure, clean, and mineral-laced. It’s going to age for 10-15 years or more. Jeb Dunnuck
