Wine Advocate #210 - Dec 2013
Score : 94
Moving across the Rhone River to the town of Tain-Hermitage and Hermitage hill, the 2010 Hermitage is another stunning wine from the 2010 vintage. A blend of 100% Syrah that spent 38 months in 50% new and 50% 1-year-old barrels, it is classic Hermitage with its rich, layered array of blackberry, crushed rock, vanilla bean, bacon fat and leather. Full-bodied, structured and deeply concentrated, with a serious, age-worthy feel, it will benefit from short-term cellaring and have two decades or more of prime drinking. Jeb Dunnuck.

Marginalement plus fumé, plus énergique et de plus grand potentiel de vieillissement que le 2009, excellente race en fin de bouche.
