I have taken advantage of the first warm and sunny beautiful days of the spring to grow, in all directions: towards the sun as well as towards the soil, towards my hillside neighbours. Winegrowers take care of me; they remove my laterals, those tiny branches that won’t be useful to me anymore. Then they help me stand up and their delicate and skilled hands will then fix me along the stake with some rattan. I will keep growing, soaring up to the sun of the Côte-Rotie.
